2. Botanical Authenticity & Product Representations

We take pride in formulating 100% single-estate orthodox tea leaves enriched with authentic royal cardamom and natural botanicals. While we strive to display packaging visuals, botanical grades, and pack dimensions with utmost fidelity:

• Natural agricultural variations in orthodox whole tea leaves and cardamom harvests may cause slight differences in color intensity and liquor aroma across seasonal flushes.
• All weights and measurements (250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg) represent net tea weight at the time of hermetic sealing.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors, adjust catalog prices based on estate harvest availability, or cancel orders arising from erroneous listings.

4. Order Acceptance & WhatsApp Concierge

Orders placed via our website or direct WhatsApp Concierge are confirmed upon verification of inventory and payment authorization. A digital dispatch notification with consignment tracking details will be transmitted to your provided contact number/email.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand emblems (KRT), product titles, high-resolution photography, bespoke copywriting, and visual styles displayed on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Khaas Royal Tea. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

When interacting with our platform and concierge services, you agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized server access, or harass our support personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Khaas Royal Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
