4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold
- Free Shipping: Complimentary express shipping is applied to all orders above ₹499.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal delivery fee of ₹49 is applied to orders below ₹499 to cover high-grade protective packaging.

As soon as your tea package is dispatched, you will receive an automated WhatsApp notification and SMS with a direct Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Link allowing you to monitor shipment milestones in real time.
